Engineering
The Engineering Division is responsible for planning, design, construction, repair, maintenance, and operation of the city’s transportation, drainage, and capital improvement projects.
The division provides high quality, cost effective, efficient, and safe services involving public infrastructure and facilities that enhance the quality of life in Spokane Valley.
Our mission is to develop and maintain a safe and appropriate transportation system within our community; protect the quality of water in the aquifer through effective construction, management, operation, and maintenance of the sanitary sewer and stormwater systems; and provide quality management of capital projects that are completed on time and within budget.
