Short Subdivision
What is a Short subdivision?
A short subdivision is a division of land between 2 and 9 residential lots. A pre-application meeting with staff is required to discuss your proposal before a formal application is submitted.
You can find the requirements for a short plat in the Spokane Valley Municipal Code (SVMC).
