Small Public Works Roster, Consultant Roster, and Vendor Roster Registration
- Whenever the City seeks to construct any public work or improvement, the estimated cost of which is $350,000 or less, the Small Public Works Roster may be used.
- Whenever the City has need for consultant services estimated to cost $100,000 or less, it is the City’s intent to select such consultants from the established Consultant Roster pursuant to Spokane Valley Municipal Code 3.45.
- Whenever the City has a need for purchase of supplies, materials, goods or equipment in an amount of $40,000 or less, it is the City’s intent to select such vendors from the Vendor Roster following City procedures.
The City of Spokane Valley contracts with MRSC Rosters for maintenance of our Small Public Works, Consultant and Vendor Rosters in MRSC's online database. Businesses interested in working with our City on projects using a roster contracting process must register at www.mrscrosters.org and select the City of Spokane Valley in your application.

Federal Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Consultant Roster Registration
The City of Spokane Valley has developed a Federal A/E Consultant Roster for use whenever the City has need for A/E Consultant services estimated to cost less than $100,000 that will be reimbursable by federal funds, pursuant to Spokane Valley Municipal Administrative Policy 300.209(A). This roster is separate from the City's general Consultant Roster managed by MRSC Rosters.
The City annually requests Statements of Qualifications for the Federal A/E Roster; however, firms or individuals may submit first time or revised information at any time. All submittals shall be kept on file for a period of one year and shall be used to select consultants as needed.
The consultant shall submit a Federal A/E Consultant Roster Application and additional supporting information along with a Statement of Qualifications to the City of Spokane Valley, Attn: Candice Powers-Henderson by mail, or email to cphenderson@spokanevalley.org.
The City of Spokane Valley, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, non-discrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CRF Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and shall not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
