Long Subdivision
What is a Long Subdivision?
A long subdivision is a division of land with 10 or greater residential lots. A pre-application meeting with staff is required to discuss your proposal before a formal application is submitted.
You can find the requirements for a long plat in the City’s Municipal Code (SVMC).
