Payment and Cancellation Agreement: All fees are due at the time of registration.  Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the program in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations occurring within 2 weeks of the start of the program(s) will be refunded only if a replacement can be found to take the place of the person canceling.  No refunds will be granted once the program has begun.  Discounts will not be given for times missed due to vacation or illness.

Effective January 1, 2018, per City Council Resolution, all credit/debit card transactions will now be charged a 2.5% processing fee.  Cash, check, or money order are still accepted, with no processing fee required.
